Pre-booked fixed time appointments
Cost effective and ideal for one-off or infrequent requests. During business hours, just book a few hours ahead of time, ring at that time and we will connect you.
We can also reach out and connect any 3rd party and join them into the call for you.
A 15-minute minimum charge applies at $29.50 + GST. Time is calculated in 15-minute increments or part thereof, thereafter. After hours calls are charged at 1.5 times this rate.
Private one-off callers will need to make payment by credit card securely over the phone or via our payment page in advance. The booking will not be confirmed without payment and any additional call time will be charged at the end of the call. Business organisations will be invoiced at the end of the call.
The base rate minimum charge is applied for cancellation or rescheduling of any calls. Please contact us for full terms and conditions.
On The Fly Calls for instant language support – For light monthly call volumes
Great for businesses, organisations and agencies who need small monthly call volumes with immediate on-demand support. Most calls can be connected within 90 seconds depending on the language. You have on-demand access to dedicated NZ-based in-house operator support. A 15-minute minimum charge applies at $35.50 + GST. Time is calculated in 15-minute increments or part thereof, thereafter. After hours calls are charged at 1.5 times this rate.
You do need to be registered with us or be able to provide an accounts payable channel or cost center code to the operator to access on-demand services. A monthly minimum charge of $51.30 + GST ($59.00) applies to business clients on an on-going monthly account, if no calls are made during the month.

Enterprise Class on-demand service – Quick, clean and easy for high monthly call volumes
Designed for utilities providers, insurance companies, financial services, legal and medical professionals, ACC providers, call centres and government agencies with high monthly call volumes exceeding 1,000 call minutes per month.
There are various set up options to suit your preference. They can be fully automated with a dedicated phone number or PIN code to connect directly to the interpreter in less than 90 seconds for most languages. You also have on-demand access to dedicated NZ-based in-house operator support.
Calls are timed on an initial 15-minute increment ($29.50 + GST) or part thereof. After hour service options and rates apply depending on your requirements. Monthly call reports and invoicing. Quick, clean and easy.
Standard onboarding technology assessment charge of $175.00 + GST, or technology provision and dedicated language call group allocation charge from $375.00 + GST applies for any customised tech automation that may be required.

We can customise our call responses and systems to suit your operational needs. We have options for fully automated call systems and dedicated in-house operators who can assist with any special response or briefing requirements with you on the line before connecting a call.
